OFFICES SIMA
Madrid, SPAIN
Kando Estudio took on the challenge of renovating without works the gigantic 1000m2 offices of SIMA in Madrid, a mediating entity associated with the state. With a quick and effective interior design plan, the studio prepared a return to the office that has given a renewed image to the brand, improved the comfort of workers and saved a lot of money. When you entered, there was a very sober and personality-less office with almost 30 years of history. Paint, vinyl, luminaires and some piece of furniture have bathed it of vitality to grow for 30 more years.
