7. Price, Taxes and Shipping Costs
All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes in Spain.
Shipping costs will be detailed during the purchase process and will be borne by the User.
HOBBY FLOWER reserves the right to modify prices, always applying the price in force at the time of purchase.

The transfer reference must include the full order number. Once the transfer has been made, Hobby Flower awaits confirmation of receipt of the payment in its accounts. Once the payment is confirmed by our accounting department, the delivery time will begin at that moment, proceeding to the preparation and subsequent shipping of the order.
If the transfer is not confirmed by Hobby Flower within 7 calendar days following the recording of the order, the order will be automatically canceled.

Deliveries are made exclusively within Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands), from Monday to Friday.

The User acquires ownership of the products at the moment they leave HOBBY FLOWER's warehouses.
At the time of delivery, the User must check the condition of the packaging and the product. Any anomaly, visible damage, or incident must mandatory be noted on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt.
In case of failure to leave a written record of the incident on the delivery note, HOBBY FLOWER cannot assume any responsibility for damages attributable to transport.
Additionally, the User must report the incident to HOBBY FLOWER within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order, via email at hola@hobbyflower.com, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.
In case of product unavailability, the User will be informed and the order may be canceled at no cost.
Products made to order or personalized do not accept withdrawal or return, except for manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

14.1 Right of withdrawal
The User has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase, except for products made to order or personalized.

Products have a legal warranty of 3 years, in accordance with current legislation, against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
HOBBY FLOWER will not be liable for breaches due to causes of force majeure.
